About me
Hi, I’m Olena — and I Know What It’s Like to Feel Stuck.
I’m a work-from-home mom, a frontend developer, and someone who spent way too long procrastinating instead of living.
For months, I watched myself avoid everything — work, workouts, even the things I actually enjoyed. I had a toddler, a demanding job, and zero energy left for myself. The idea of “fitness” felt like one more thing I was failing at.
But here’s what changed: I realized I didn’t need to do more. I needed to do less — but smarter.
Why I Started This Site
When my son was around 2 years old, I finally dragged myself to the gym. Not because I had some magical burst of motivation, but because I was tired of feeling disconnected from my own body.
I started with just 3 days a week. Nothing crazy. No instagram-worthy routines. Just… showing up.
And you know what? It worked. Not because I transformed overnight, but because I stopped burning out trying to be perfect.
That’s when I realized: most fitness advice for moms is exhausting. It’s all about hustle, discipline, and fitting into jeans you wore 10 years ago.
But what if we just wanted to feel good? What if we wanted energy to play with our kids, clarity to focus on work, and the ability to NOT collapse at 8 PM?
That’s what Fit Without Burnout is about.
